In exchange for the modelling fee as agreed, I, the model, grant you, the photographer, usage of the photographs taken subject to the following conditions:

• I understand that the photographs taken of me during this session can be used wholly or in part in any publication (commercial or otherwise), portfolio or public display.
• I understand that the images may be altered or modified in any manner.
• I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve a finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of me, or the use to which it may be applied.

Any images used by the model on social media or in their portfolio must be tagged with both the photographer’s name and Session Days. Images may not be modified or altered using software by the model without the express permission of the photographer. I acknowledge that by modelling at your event, subject to the usage restrictions above, I give up all claim of ownership of the photographs, and assign copyright to the photographer named above. Use of the photographs may be granted to third parties, however the photographs will remain the property of the photographer. I understand that completion and submission of this form will apply to any and all subsequent bookings to appear as a model on any Session Days event I have read this form carefully and fully understand the implications.
