Session Days are holding two consecutive days of Portraiture Workshops at Smethwick PS on Sat/Sun 21st/22nd November 2026
We are bringing four superb, professional models with us who will be appearing differently on both days, giving you the opportunity to book onto one or both of the workshops to secure different portraits for your portfolio, competitions or accreditation.
Our models are Retro Rob, Scarlett Luxe, Pip the Gentleman and Meg Modelling.

WHAT IS IT?
Each session features four professional models on sets to suit the workshop theme. There are twelve places for photographers in the morning and another twelve places for photographers in the afternoon.
HOW MUCH?
The price to attend one event per photographer either AM or PM is

Retro Rob
With suave, sophistication and elegance, Rob is the undisputed King of Cool. For our Vintage Portraits Session Day he will be in his suited and booted attire, replete with hat and props. For the Fine Art Portraits Session Day he will be appearing as his hero, Jimi Hendrix.

SCARLETT LUXE
Scarlett brings a touch of Hollywood glamour and style to our Vintage Portraits Session Day and for Fine Art Portraits she will be dressed in a magnificent 17th Century dress for a touch of historical beauty.

PIP THE GENTLEMAN
Pip will be in tweed and caps for the Vintage Portraits Session Day which is a classic look and extremely popular. For Fine Art Portraits he will become a Norse Viking – expect it to be colouful and loud!

MEG MODELLING
Our beautiful model, Meg, will be Grecian for the Fine Art Portraits Session Day and a dusky beauty for our Vintage Portraits Session Day.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We believe firmly that group events should allow everyone attending to get an equal opportunity to shoot with each of the models. We arrange attendees into groups of three and then rotate each group around the sets in turn approximately every 40 minutes with a twenty minute comfort break after your second set. Our events are run with precise timings so that it works for everyone involved. On this event each attendee will get to work with each of the models in turn.
LIGHTS/ACTION?
Lighting equipment will be provided on each set indoors where necessary for your use. The use of lighting equipment is included within your admission price. We will be on hand to provide assistance using the lights and to instruct on camera settings, composition and how to get the best out of each model.
You are also welcome to bring along your own lighting rigs if you are more comfortable using them but you must keep them with you at all times.
