Vintage styling and portraiture has been a staple of ours for the last ten years. It is the perfect genre for characterisation and story-telling portraits. So when you want to capture vintage models with excellent lighting in the best possible styling, you have to have the best models available all in one place. We bring you Retro Rob, Scarlett Luxe, Pip the Gentleman and Meg Modelling, all of whom have a wealth of experience in this genre.
They will be appearing as different characters on each day, demonstrating their versatility. These are opportunities not to be missed. There are discounts available if more than one session is booked across the three days we are on tour in Ireland.

This workshop will be held at Cultúrlann Newmarket which is a beautifully renovated old Protestant church, transformed into a vibrant cultural hub in the heart of Duhallow North Cork.

WHAT IS IT?
Each session features four professional models on sets to suit the workshop theme. There are twelve places for photographers in the morning and another twelve places for photographers in the afternoon.

MEET THE MODELS
RETRO ROB
Rob is a dapper chap and dresses immaculately at all times. His trademark fedora with pin-striped suit and hand painted tie ease him into a characterisation that is both charming and super cool.

SCARLETT LUXE
Scarlett is a supreme vintage model with immaculate styling. She has the air and looks of a classic hollywood beauty and is quite simply a joy to photograph.

PIP THE GENTLEMAN
Pip is one of the best known male models in the UK. His trademark beard and immaculate tweed suits and hats make him remarkable to work with. His engaging personality and ranges of intensity provide lots of variety.

MEG MODELLING
Meg is very experienced as a model and beautifu to photograph. Her pose flow is immaculate and her range of emotional intensity can really make portraits pop. She is one not to be missed.

ABOUT THE VENUE
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We believe firmly that group events should allow everyone attending to get an equal opportunity to shoot with each of the models. We arrange attendees into groups of three and then rotate each group around the sets in turn approximately every 40 minutes with a twenty minute comfor break after your second set. Our events are run with precise timings so that it works for everyone involved. On this event each attendee will get to work with each of the models in turn.
LIGHTS/ACTION?
Lighting equipment will be provided on each set indoors where necessary for your use. The use of lighting equipment is included within your admission price. We will be on hand to provide assistance using the lights and to instruct on camera settings, composition and how to get the best out of each model.
You are also welcome to bring along your own lighting rigs if you are more comfortable using them but you must keep them with you at all times.
